I offer both RTM therapy/coaching and traditional 60-minute therapy sessions, depending on what best fits your goals and the kind of change you’re seeking.
RTM Therapy / Coaching
This is a more structured, directive approach designed to create deep, lasting change. We focus on identifying and shifting the underlying patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This work is active and requires engagement—but it leads to meaningful transformation.
Traditional Therapy Sessions
These 60-minute sessions provide a consistent space to explore your thoughts and experiences, process emotions, and build greater awareness and stability over time. This approach can be supportive, reflective, awareness building.
Together, we’ll determine the approach that best supports where you are—and where you want to go.
